The Hobbys Yards Community Hall was built in 1940 by Mr William Brown for the Red Cross. It opened on 23 May 1941.
In 1970, the Brown family donated the hall to the community and the Hobbys Yards Hall Trust was formed. This continues today as the Hobbys Yards Community Association, under the care of the Blayney Shire Council.
The hall is located in Hobbys Yards Road just south of the intersection with Three Brothers Road and on the left if heading south towards Crookwell and Goulburn. There is a public toilet there, with otherwise abled access.
